You don't need a membership to come in.

Walk in any day we're open. Pick a cigar, take a chair, stay as long as you like. Members get credits, guests and lockers — but the room is open to everyone. Whether it's your first cigar or your thousandth, you'll be looked after like a regular.

ON THE SHELF

The room

A house on Conestoga Road, taken down to the studs and rebuilt as a lounge. Commercial-grade air filtration runs the whole time we're open — the room clears, and your coat doesn't hold it.

Membership

Two tiers. Both include a monthly cigar credit that comes back to you, so the real cost of the room is smaller than the number on the invoice.

Most people tour before they apply. Twenty minutes, and there's no pitch.

Founding memberships are limited.
Founding pricing and complimentary lockers go to the first members through the door. Once they're spoken for, they're gone.

Membership is by application. We read every one, and one of the four of us calls you back — usually within two days.

The humidor

Brands you'll usually find here, chosen because we smoke them ourselves. What's on the shelf changes with what's good and what we can get — come see, or call and ask. Members take 10% off single cigars.

Visit

Your first time, start to finish

Park in the lot — it's free, and there's plenty of it. Come through the front door. Someone will greet you; say it's your first visit and they'll walk you through the humidor rather than leave you to it.

Tell them what you usually drink, or what you smoked last, or nothing at all. They'll put two or three sticks in your hand and explain the difference. The humidor is stocked to fit any budget and any occasion — an easy weeknight smoke or something special to mark the night.

Then take any open chair. Cut, light, and stay as long as you like. Nobody is counting the minutes and there is no minimum spend.

We're BYOB. Bring what you'd like to drink; we'll bring the ice and the glassware.

Commercial air filtration runs whenever we're open. People who don't smoke sit here comfortably — it's the thing reviewers mention first.

We don't serve food, but you're welcome to bring your own. Ludwig's Market and MARU are right next door.

The Cigar Truck

The lounge, on four wheels. We bring the cigars to your event.

Racks of select, hand-curated cigars, a host who knows every one of them, and cutters and lights for your guests. We park, set up, and let the evening take its course.

People book it for

Weddings and rehearsal dinners. Golf outings. Corporate events and client nights. Fundraisers, festivals, and milestone birthdays in the backyard.

Who we are

Chartwell Cigar Club is a Botl Shop, LLC company at 2908 Conestoga Road, Glenmoore, PA 19343. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a membership application, a tour request, a Private Room inquiry or a Cigar Truck request, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything you write in the form, such as an event date, guest count or message. We only collect what you choose to send us.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, to arrange tours and bookings, to manage your membership, and to send club news if you've asked for it. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who handles it for us

Our forms are processed by Jotform, which stores submissions on our behalf and passes them to our inbox. Payments, if any, are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card details.

Cookies and analytics

This site remembers that you've confirmed you are 21 or older, so you aren't asked on every page. If we add analytics, we will use it only to see which pages people read, and we will update this policy when we do.

Age

This site and the lounge are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, or to stop sending you club news. Email info@chartwellcigarclub.com and we'll take care of it.
